feat: Editor assets endpoint includes manifest data
Close CMM-505. Close CMM-506. Add additional manifest data necessary for loading and caching assets within the mobile apps.
Inspired by https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/block-editor-assets-endpoint/pull/1.
Proposed changes:
- Add
hashkey for tracking when the endpoint return changes. - Add
styles_htmlandscripts_htmlkeys for returning HTML for scripts and styles. - Return array of asset URLs in
stylesandscriptkeys for iterating and downloading assets. - Add additional automated tests.

- To test on WoA, go to the Plugins menu on a WoA dev site. Click on the "Upload" button and follow the upgrade flow to be able to upload, install, and activate the Jetpack Beta plugin. Once the plugin is active, go to Jetpack > Jetpack Beta, select your plugin (Jetpack), and enable the
feat/editor-assets-endpoint-includes-manifest-databranch. - To test on Simple, run the following command on your sandbox:
bin/jetpack-downloader test jetpack feat/editor-assets-endpoint-includes-manifest-data
