Forms: star rating

We have existing star rating block, but Forms block doesn't support it and it's not interactive on the frontend:

When combined withForms: Form-to-Post project, allows showing the rating at the frontend of the site, too.

This issue could use some more labels, to help prioritize and categorize our work. Could you please add at least a [Type], a [Feature], and a [Pri] label?
