Advanced > Advanced is redundant and could confuse users

If you navigate to Settings > WP Super Cache, there is an Advanced tab at the top. If you visit that tab, you are then presented with a list of options broken down into categories (Caching, Miscellaneous, Advanced, etc.). Having an Advanced category under the Advanced tab is a bit confusing, and could confuse users. We could rename either one, to avoid this potential issue.
