Ticket Table is fixed-width, not responsive

When ordering tickets, mobile devices in portrait or orientation makes it impossible to see the dropdown for selecting # of tickets, coupon code button is cut off.

You should be able to change whatever you want with CSS. Every theme is different, and so will need it's own tweaks. I assume that the defaults in CampTix are there just to, well, have some base defaults.
