No enabled payment method should be allowed if there are free tickets only

Even if there are free tickets only, this plugin require to enable at least 1 payment method: Payment methods have not been configured yet. Please try again later.

We can avoid this message by turning PayPal on (without entering API info) at wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tix_ticket&page=camptix_options&tix_section=payment. But hopefully, this message should be hidden in such case.
