cache-nav-menus vs cache-nav-menu

Should this repo be cache-nav-menus or cache-nav-menu since the PHP file for the plugin is cache-nav-menu.php and not cache-nav-menus.php?

in 2021, I vote changing the name of the PHP file to cache-nav-menus.php. Perhaps adding a shim at the non-s location?
