`hreflang` support

We should consider adding hreflang attributes, e.g. in the switcher links, as <link rel="alternate" href="example.com" hreflang="es-es" />, sitemaps.

There's also the OG alternate locale tags: <meta property="og:locale:alternate" content="fr_FR" />
