Link to view "Complete" translation jobs is incorrect

The link from the edit screen to view the completed translation(s) is incorrect:

To reproduce:

1. Create a new post
2. Select "Ready for translation"
3. Create a translation, mark it as "completed" and click "Update"
4. Return to the original post
5. The link is now incorrect, and when clicked on will go through a number of redirects, eventually settling on a new, empty, Translation Job in that language
