Refresh the print stylesheet for the Story Budget

It got ugly again :(

I don't believe this is a major blocker for 3.6. I'm punting this to v0.8.1 to keep things moving on v0.8.

Hey @danielbachhuber, Is there any chance you remember what "ugly" meant 5 years ago? I could try to fix it :)

No idea! My bet is that it's gotten uglier instead of prettier, though.
