Feature Request: Rich Text / WYSIWYG for Biographical Info

I think that the Biographical Info field would be significantly improved if it offered even some basic rich text options, such as links or lists. Surely this field is designed for people to display on About the Author style pages or widgets, and some basic formatting tools would go a long way.
