Edit author slug support for Co author plus

@Peterr-K This might be a better feature for CAP itself since the user may not have both CAP and that plugin installed.

well then can CAP start using directly the user’s nicenames (or user’s ID or the username) ? so when plugin like Edit author slug will change the nicename, CAP will work correctly?

That wouldn't be viable seeing as with the way CAP has been built, it's reliant on term taxonomy queries (to allow for guest authors) rather than the user directly.

If the guest author's display name is in unicode (different langauge.. e.g. လင်း), we can't view the author page. So allowing to edit the slug will help. This plugin doesn't follow the site Permalink too. I am using post id in Permalink but this plugin is still using the name.
