Tutorial - Part 6 - uncompletable?

GitHub has discontinued classic projects, accounts without prior classic projects can no longer create them.

I am a new user, so creating a classic project is not available to me.

due to this, project queries made contact the site, but provide an empty response and empty response.json().

I couldn't find a workaround

Thanks for letting me know. I need to rework many parts of this tutorial. Unfortunately, it did not age well.
