Automa CEB cannot add workflow

Whether it is adding a workflow from JSON files or from the Automa extension, it will report an error. There are already 4 workflows in the container, and the error message indicates that this workflow is a bit large. You can add a smaller workflow, but changing it to a larger one still results in an error.
