Reload tab clearing cache

Very simply, the reload tab is great, however it would be much appreciated if an option "Clear cache" is also added.

Usually this is achieved reloading the page via CTRL+F5. I'm unable to perform this using the "Press Key", I even tried to pass html in the Target element but it doesn't seem to be working.
