Host Updating is not working

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I'm trying to host workflow.
2. First time it's succesfully hosted.
3. But now it's not Updating cloud.
4. I have been try every method and sync but still same problem and no see any error
5. But when i try to remove from host it's display an error of "forbidden resources" & I also try re-sign in but not working it's updating on host.
