Support for play audio action block

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have several automation flows that check for updates on different pages and notify the user of changes. On the latest chromium-based browsers, a tab has to be active for audio (on the browser web page context) to play. The behavior is restrictive when I have several tabs open.

Describe the solution you'd like I am proposing the addition of play audio action. The audio will play in extension's less restrictive context.

Describe alternatives you've considered At the moment I am utilizing the notifications API (doesn't support sound though). A notification sound is effective in grabbing the user's attention.
