Qto_ColumnBaseQuantities -> OuterSurfaceArea

Problem Description

In Revit 2025.3 and IFC Exporter 25.2.0.5 it is not working overwritting param OuterSurfaceArea with custom value. image The result is: image With other category, like beams it is working. I try with columns and structural columns categories but still not working. I think it is a bug.
