PR: Slab subelements become a building part with an invalid type assignment

Problem Description

Slabs with subelements will be split into triangles / wedges, each being an IfcBuildingElementPart.

Especially apparent when the user overrides the IFC class for the slab (say to IfcCoveringType), that means that all IfcBuildingElementParts will have a relating type of IfcCoveringType which is invalid.
