PR: Latest Revit 2020.3.3 exporter is built on framework 4.8, whereas Revit2020 is built on framework 4.7.2

Problem Description

...Found a discrepancy for the latest Revit2020.3.3 Ifc exporter. The assemblies are built on .net framework 4.8, whereas Revit2020 is built on framework 4.7.2. As the company that I work for is developing a custom Revit plugin for IFC export, we need to rely on the latest available release from Revit 2020 till the latest Revit version. Will there be a fix for this or can we use 20.3.2's version instead??

In general we aren't making any more Revit 2020 improvements but let me check internally on this particular issue.

The difference between addin versions 20.3.2 and 20.3.3, is one fix that improves GUID stability in door and window elements. So it might be possible for you to skip that version if you need to. We will see about rebuilding it with the new framework, but I can't promise if or when.

I had already downloaded the source code and changed the framework to 4.7.2. I had to remove all of the post-build events due to admin rights, but all is good. Was wondering if i could submit a pull request on this issue since its a simple fix
