PR: Curren project location changes to the location in export settings when exporting from API

Problem Description

We export the export settings as a json, reads it and creates export settings from it. Then uses Document.Export(options) to export an IFC.

The problem: If the site in settings is different from det current site in Revit it will change to the one in settings. Why does this happen?
