PR: Issue with User-Defined Property Type Missing in IFC Export for Ramps

Problem Description

User-defined property is missing when exporting ramps from Revit.

Revit_EditType

When exporting from Revit, as shown in the image below, some ramps are properly exported, while others are experiencing missing user-defined properties.
