list of Revit built-in parameters with default IFC export

The Bim Object Standard puts Built-in or Hard-coded parameters as a highest priority (par. 2.3.2, table 2). In my understanding IFC also prefers using predefined Psets over user-defined properties and Psets. Now I've been looking for a list of Revit built-in parameters with default IFC export Psets_*common and properties. I'm only able to find the wall example in the Autodesk IFC export manual. Can Autodesk supply me with a complete list, possbily as a loadable mapping file? A bonus extra would be if Autodesk extended the predefined with additional shared parameters to obtain export of complete all Pset_*common.
