IfcBuildingStorey does not export with base quantities

I have the same problem. IfcSpace also doesn't have some or any properties in Qto_SpaceBaseQuantities (Revit 2023.0.1 and Revit 2022.1.3).

There is already an Epic in Jira for this issue: "Revit-236473", currently in the "Open" status.
