Simple IFC doesn't open in Revit

Anyone have an idea why this IFC file doesn't open in Revit? It links, but doesn't 'open'.

v 20.2.1.0 Revit 2020

Open IFC doesn't fully support IFC4, and in particular IfcPolygonalFaceSet.

There is already an Epic in Jira for this issue: "Revit-234945", currently in the "Open" status.
