Revit shows `PLAN` GeometricRepresentationContext items in 3D view

Basically 2D geometry by themselves don't show up in a plan view, really strangely, and in 3D view, 2D view that should only show in plan view, show up.

This issue is also reported in Jira as "REVIT-238423" and is currently in the "Open" status.
