Export/Import correct extrusion direction

Would it be possible to revisit the following thread again?

As stated there, in our workflows, if the extrusion direction is not exported properly, the dimensions strings we place on a linked IFC are broken upon a reload of the IFC file--among other problems.

I did notice that Revit IFC imports the extrusion directions correctly, but does not export them correctly.

This issue is also reported in Jira as "REVIT-243689" and is currently in the "Open" status.
