"Missing" quantities

Quantities as in example NetFootprintArea don't get exporterd to IFC. Why are soms quantities "missing"? ifc2x3 solibri

As a workaround, you can manually create quantities by using a Shared Parameter prefixed with IfcQty, but you'll have to fill in the values yourself (or script them)

in the leatest version IfcQtyPARAMETERNAME is not working any more!? image

the custom quantity is ignored on export (switch was active)

The issue is reproduced in Revit 2023-2025. The NetFootprintArea quantity does not get exported to IFC.

Testing environment:

  • Autodesk Revit 2023 (v.23.1.60.0)
  • Autodesk Revit 2024
  • Autodesk Revit 2025

This issue is also reported in Jira as "REVIT-232368" and is currently in the "Open" status.
