working with React v18

Hi, I am using BaseTable in v18. For my use case it works fine but in peer dependencies the versions mentioned are "react": "^16.0.0 || ^17.0.0"

Is it not meant to be used with v18 ?

I also wonder why we can not use it in React 18. React 18 launched on March.

Can someone from the team please upgrade the React peer dependency version in the package.json ? Everytime I need to do anything related to npm install I have to add an annoying --legacy-peer-deps flag because of this package.
