Change Maya file reference path then View and outline lost it

Describe the bug When I modify the reference path, the reference and model are lost, and the outliner is lost

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. reference file, its normal
2. open Reference Editor and change path ,chick Enter. eg: E:\work\bg.usd --> F:\work\bg.usd
3. The scene lost it ，chick Reload or tick it , nothing.
4. save it then open it ,its normal

• OS & version [Windows 10]
• Maya version [Maya 2022.1]
• Maya USD version [0.12.0]
