Add reports for issues and comments by day

New reports for issue (open, close, update) and comments activity (on issues, PRs, commits) and adds it as a new sup-tab under 'Users' -> 'Issues & Comments'.

These reports might be helpful as a visualization of non-coding activity that is performed by a development organization.
