Animated point instancer crashes usdview when scrubbing the timeline

Describe the bug When previewing an animated point instance in usdview, scrubbing the timeline crashes Arnold.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Load the attached point_instancer_repro.zip file.
2. Scrub the timeline.

Used Software Versions

• Arnold: 7.0.0.0
• USD: 21.08
• Compiler: MSVC 2017
• OS: Windows 10

Additional context I wasn't able to reproduce the crash on Linux, only on Windows.
