Generate a static website for the unit test ran via CMake

Describe the feature you'd like Once the testsuite ran via cmake, we should generate the static webpage for the test, similarly to what we do with scons.

Describe the solution you'd like We need to separate the static page generation from scons and ran it after the testsuite.
