Model browser and properties panels is not loading data when interacting with the viewer

I cloned the repo and pass the svf files generated from visual studio forge extension

I donwloaded the files as shown in picture:

this is the output list:

I noticed that the props panel and broswer tool are suppose to be working as per the repo example:

any thoughs on what can be possible wrong with the manifest? regards!
