Add x-user-id in the headerParams for Forge DM API accessing Autodesk cloud products

Hi Team,

This is from Forge Support no. 5326. Please consider adding x-user-id support like the recent update of the Nodejs SDK, Thanks!

@yiskang which functions? I don't believe this SDK supports any BIM 360 endpoints (yet)

@augustogoncalves My apologies for confusing. It's Forge DM API for accessing cloud products such as BIM360, A360 Team, Fusion 360, and etc. So, they will be below. Thanks!
