How did you get the audio working?

Is it only with LiLu and AppleALC? I have tried injecting the same config that you have (yes, I have the same motherboard/processor) with no avail.

Edit1: I have almost the exact same hardware. Save for the GPU, mine's a GTX 1060 Edit2: I got audio in High Sierra 10.3.6 by using VoodooHDA, I don't know if you just had audio using the process described in the guide.

Yes it's just AppleALC, Lilu and the config.plist audio entry.

Struggling to think of what might be wrong if those two kexts are reasonably recent builds, is it possible that you have other kexts hanging around from previous installs and methods? They could be in /Library/Extensions.

Mmm... Could be, but just to make sure I'll make a brand new install.

Right now my build is stable, but let me fetch an SSD and try it with just AppleALC and Lilu over the weekend.
