Add option to enable or disable the Windows Night Mode in your app

Hi Armin,

in order to control all available options that change something about day and night behavior of the Computer I suggest you to add the option to activate or deactivate the Windows night mode in your app too, together with the option to set the strength of the night mode that normally can be set in the Windows settings. This would improve the user experience since all these controls could be set within your app and users don't have to use the Windows settings any longer... just as an idea...

Currently night light settings are saved using a binary blob (see this superuser post for reference)

It's pretty ugly and seems kind of hacky, unless there's someone who's really enthusiastic about writing a C# wrapper for it or the API to control it changes support for this will probably not be added in the near future.
