Feature: immediately set theme on resume from hibernate when "Don't switch themes unless the system is idle" option enabled.

Describe the enhancement or feature you'd like

This is similar to #905 . With "Don't switch themes unless the system is idle" option enabled, when I wake up the computer from hibernate in the morning, the computer stays in (the previously set) dark mode. It would switch to light mode only after the idle period.

It'd be great if the computer is switched to light mode immediately upon resuming from hibernate (or more generally, sleep, and screen unlock?).

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'd have to either manually switch to light mode, or disable "Don't switch themes unless the system is idle" option .

That's a good point!

The module should temporarily be disabled when an unlock event is detected

I suppose it's a matter of priority. "Unlock event > idle"
