When ADM window is focused, the title bar buttons are barely visible

This is a severe accessibility issue.
The ADM window is the one where my cursor is, with the purple outline. Unlike other Windows application windows, when the currently active/focused window is ADM and the theme is Light, the title bar buttons are pure white on a light grey background, making them barely visible, with a contrast ratio of 1.1
In dark mode there's no issues, ADM has the same colors for title bar buttons as the other default Windows apps like Calculator.
That's a glitch with the window framework where the title bar is not updated properly. @ChenYiLins you have any idea why winui3 does that? It seems to mostly appear when the app is open during a switch on my end

It's a common issue in WinUI, and has been around for a long time :(
It is true that the way of using TitleBar before will lead to this bug, but I don't know why, on my machine, I still can't reproduce this bug stably. （；´д｀）ゞ (In other words, I can't make an effective repair for this)
