Do you have Microsoft PowerToys installed?

Yes

Yes

Open PowerToys > go to System Tools > go to Light Switch and disable this feature. Your problem should be solved.

Open PowerToys > go to System Tools > go to Light Switch and disable this feature. Your problem should be solved.

When updating to the new version of Powertoys, the LightSwitch will be turned on by default (but it is not as easy to use as ADM at all! ╰(‵□′)╯)
