The transaction takes to long!

Hello net, I wonder what is the maximum wait time should be when we call CreateCustomerProfileRequest? Everytime i am trying to create customer profile, i wait at less for 25-40 sec, not sure if this issue comes from your end or it's the bank who has a slow response.
