TeleportUnauthedToSpawn Doesn't work

What behaviour is observed?

Alright so, when I turn TeleportUnauthedToSpawn it just does nothing,it doesn't seem like it's doing something and it may be broken because it doesn't TP players to worldspawn then at spawnpoint.

Expected behaviour

I expected it to TP players to worldspawn then after login to spawnpoint.

To Reproduce

Go to configs Click on Authme config Scroll down to TeleportUnauthedToSpawn
