Add nLogin/OpeNLogin import support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I've switched to nLogin for our 1.16 server when AuthMe Reloaded didn't work anymore. I'd love to switch back to AuthMe (as it's simply superior) but I'd have to be able to import my nLogin database.

Describe the solution you'd like An nLogin or the newer OpeNLogin importer (preferably support for both)
