I really appreciate your approach (building a narrative, documenting every step, and sharing your analysis so it is open and reproducible).

Do you know BinderHub? Really, it matches the intention you have with this repo!

If your notebook lived in a proper repo (with config info), anybody could run it from https://mybinder.org/ so I suggest you give this a try.
