Provide guidance how we could contribute React-flavoured components to ui-kit

With a few teams now using or soon to be using React with ui-kit, fairly soon it would be ideal to fork or extend the ui-kit project to include a repository of these Components in a central location.

Theoretically speaking Components would most likely look like:

• ui-kit CSS
• React wrapped DOM, and (html)
• React behaviour (js)

Please provide guidance how best we can get something up and running so that teams can leverage each other's work. And/or whether ui-kit team thinks this is a bad idea.

I have a feeling that this is gonna become an epic for us, when we approach this.
