@maxious I'm not sure I can see from that link what's needed (maybe the calendar is behind a login?).

Can you let me know a few more details and I'll start to write a story?

This calendar booking widget style shows days in the style of a calendar, each day being styled to show if there are available appointments on that day. Then when you click on a day, there's a visual transition so you can see available time slots laid out in a grid.

Even just the basic calendar styling/markup would be useful for other applications eg. showing which days events are happening on, choosing a publish date in a content application etc.

@maxious Got it - the booking widget looks like a complicated use case, and maybe quite specific to that system.

I've created an issue in the backlog for a date-picker form input. We can get together with the design and other teams to decide what to include.
