Song/IntroSkip doesn't work

The Song Skip bubble and text pops up at the intro and outro of a map, but pressing or even holding the trigger doesn't actually skip anything. countdown continues, everything else works fine, but pressing trigger doesn't skip. I am on Oculus, using an Oculus Rift CV1, if that changes anything.
