Describe the issue

Dionae cannot acquire augmentations from the loadout tab. When entering the loadout tab, it does allow you to take points to acquire augmentations. However, when you load in, the augment abilities do not show up in the tab in the top-left, nor in the abilities tab. Reloading does not fix the issue. If it is meant for only Iron Eternal, it still does not function, as I tested it with an iron eternal religion diona gestalt machinist.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the loadout tab.
2. Select augments, and equip augments with loadout points.
3. Enter the game. The augments will not show up in the abilities tab, even upon reloading.
