Hegemony Corvette/Kataphract Chapter Ship Minor Fixes/Additions

The armouries/EVA prep rooms in both ships had some equipment upgrades and fixes, their infirmaries had some minor equipment revisions that should make item management more convenient, and a litany of smaller changes such as more clothing options and some rechargers placed around both ships. When I figure out how to fix the forever-tinted windows on the Hegemony Corvette that will be added too.
