Describe the issue

Borg/Drone material synthesizers (glass/steel/plasteel/rods/etc.) can't be used on tables to plate or reinforce them. Additionally, the rod synthesizer can't be used to plate plating.

How to reproduce

1. Be a drone/engiborg
2. Build a table frame
3. Attempt to use a steel/plastic synthesizer on the table 3a. Attempt to use a rod synthesizer on plating
