Revert "Stairs are Dangerous"

Unfortunately most of the map is kind of unplayable or not mapped in mind with stairs being untraversable for roller beds or wheelchairs. Remapping every map to work with this mechanic is also not something I am interested in.

I'd like to ask what exactly is being discussed/holding this revert up? Clearly pretty much everyone wants this reverted I don't understand? It's been a month and a half, anyone could figure this out in an evening. I'd like to add that no maintainer discussion was made for the addition of this PR, so it seems weird to add something like this then take months to discuss removing it?
